One of the best hotel to stay near KOCHI AIRPORT. this hotel serves all types of food which is multi cuisine and best at its taste. Fresh juices serves here are great along with the fresh fruits in the platter at display. Staffs are so decent and observe to be friendly with the customer needs.

The food and cocktails were quite delightful, leaving a lasting impression on the palate! However, I couldn't help but notice that the prices felt a little on the steep side.

The hotel is close to Kochi airport. Has good transport and connectivity. There are a good many restaurants near it.. It is, at best, a three star hotel. I stayed in this hotel last night (11.01.2025) while in transit. The room no doubt is spacious, beautiful , and with all basic amenities. But the staff of the hotel needs to be well trained, quick, and well behaved. The mini-fridge in my room wasn't working. After reporting this at the reception, I had to wait a long time for them to attend to the issue. They came, replaced the mini-fridge, which once again wasn't working. Had to ask the staff to see to it again. But they simply wouldn't admit that the fridge wasn't working. Kept insisting that it was working even though clearly, it wasn't doing any cooling at all. Then after a long wait, the technician came and replaced the fridge for a second time. The third fridge, thankfully, was working. The lady at the reception rudely said "this isn't a refrigerator. It's a mini fridge".. i mean, what was she even suggesting? How is that even relevant? Mini or Maxi, a fridge is a fridge. It's supposed to cool things stored in it. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ My issuse isn't the fridge. Electronic gadgets may breakdown, may stop working. May need repair and replacement. That's perfectly normal. And unintentional, and perhaps even unpredictable sometimes. My issue is with the attitude with which the staff approached the situation. For all services, help, and assistance, they kept us waiting for long, needed reminders. Not at all prompt or efficient. Simply nonchalant and rude.
